The results are based on data provided by Russia’s Ministry of Education and Science, Clarivate Analytics, Scopus, the organisers of ‘I Am a Professional’ student competitions, SCAN-Interfax media, social media monitoring and analysis systems, aggregators of online courses, Informer Technologies, YouTube, Telegram and VK.
