RBK, Esquire and The Village journalists teach Perm HSE students how to captivate their readers
HSE Perm students attended a spring school on communications in Moscow, organised by the School of Integrated Communications and School of Media. ‘The spring school in communications is an intercampus mobility project,’ explains the project’s curator, Viktoria Matvienko. ‘Students from the Perm campus come to Moscow to gain knowledge and skills to help them produce better quality work more effectively.’ Those who came are part of a group who created their own students’ press centre on the Perm campus.
The spring school programme included master classes by editors of leading Moscow media outlets, guided lectures at agencies and meetings with journalists and university teachers. Dmitry Khrapunov, Elizaveta Krasnova, (ID MediaLine), Sergei Kuznetsov, Svetlana Prosvirova (Element Group), Damir Khalipov (GreenPR), Igor Sadreyev (Esquire), Roman Balandin (RBK) Kristina Farberova (The Village), editors of the student publications The Вышка, Maria Kristalinskaya, Yulia Myshlyaeva and HSE Faculty of Communications, Media and Design teachers Alexandra Yendaltseva and Gulim Amirkhanov all gave talks to the students. The School finished with a Festival of Media, Advertising and Design.
